Classes
Club classes are in session during Fall, Spring, and Summer Semesters at the University. There are three two-hour sessions each week (Mon & Fri from 5-7 pm and Wed 4-6pm). The first half of each session is generally geared towards beginners and lower belts, and the second half of each session is generally paced for more experienced students.
New students are welcome to attend the entire training session, but can also stay for only the first half if more comfortable.
